Future Of Communication Collaborative Technology

 We discuss all the aspects of Collaborative Communication technologies in all my other posts.But in this post  I will like to share what is the future looks like for the Communication technologies.However smart phones seems to be in the first category,products like Apple i-phone and Google's Android operating system have pushed the technology out of the world of gadgets.

The use of Internet continue to play an increasing role in communication.Devices like VOIp already plays a large role in many communication products and services ,social networking sites like Facebook ,Skype,Twitter allows people to communicate with many networks of people. With the  rise of Web, people now have platform from which they can see the whole world 

This may lead to changes in lead to change in our personnel and professional life both,earlier only celecrities and politician use this technologies to address so many people at one time, now any one can access to these technologies to do the same things. By watching this video I think you can easily understand the future of communication technology in the world.

Technology is constantly changes worldwide as the day progress.However some of the changes are positive for us and some changes have negative impact in our life.With the development in technology we have the negative impact on our communication process or the way we communicate.As in this word of globalization time is equal to money, now it is critical time for us to understand the disadvantages of Communication Technologies.

There are many who say email is not a good tool for collaboration and envision its demise. We think it's just bound for a slightly new usage scenario. But that's a story for another day.

• Databases: The database I remember most — not so much with found affection — was that found in Lotus Notes. They were used extensively to store technical documents and were a pain to search. 

• File Share: Yes, the file share is/was a collaboration tool. Store your files in a folder system created to support your project team. 

• Question and Answers: Q&A's were a popular way to get the answers we needed to our questions. Still are.

• Conference calls: Before web conferencing solutions we had the good old conference call. Sometimes it's easier to get your other work done when participating in a conference call.

• Instant Messaging: We use them a great deal, this technology, like wikis, has also come a long way.
