Technology Reforming the Work Place

 The word information has many different names all together in every day usage recently work place is changing frequently as a result of change in technology. Today’s offices are equipped with innovative software, superfast computer, networks and software to communicate or allow the workers to share information .Communication is the process of exchanging knowledge ,ideas , information and knowledge.  It can be in large scale or in small scale to deliver information.

Broad Band- It refer to kind of technology that helps to connect the high speed internet, Broad band allows people to browse, streaming online to video with the same speed which is similar to watching television. It can transfer data up to 50 times better than the via dial up modem .Broad Band offered variety of platform include DSL (Digital subscriber line) cable, satellite and wireless.

Web Server- It is the computer server, which contains the file of the website and allows people to access the internet. Normally server is connected to the internet with webmaster wanting their website online.  Recently most web server are connected to the other computer with the fibre cable to share the satellite link make the system fast and secure .The most common Server is Apache which is created by Microsoft which is also used by networks to share the information.

Web Camera- The device Web Cam or Web Camera helps to access the picture real time with the help of www (world wide web) like video conferencing and instant massaging. Normally video camera deliver the image to the web server and same time or by the fraction of few minutes it can be access to other person to whom  you want to deliver, usually web camera used in class rooms studio and many other places. However with the help of Web Cam they can hear, see the person in the real time
